Allow fax # to be entered in Solicitors Database

THere is no field for fax # - please add this field as optional

    If the global database does not record a fax number, you still can't go in and add it to a solicitor selected from the list.  We should be able to complete the missing information that solicitor's have provided you.  OR Better yet - you should ensure that any Solicitor's added to the database have full and complete information to be included.
