Client Identification and Verification Form

Go back to the basics that Conveyancer had for ID sheet. The new one stinks. Too big. Too complicated. I can guarantee you a fraction of your customers use it.

Full Municipal Address spelled out

As a legal service, we do not typically shorten addresses to Rd, St, Crt. I always have to change it. Would be much better if addresses were implemented in full from the beginning.

Why does the fax number for lawyers/clients/mortgage companies/insurance companies/ etc. not pre-populate in the documents produced?

I do not want to look and type this information in more than once. Waste of time.
