Great idea - except now you are paying a huge fee just to complete a transfer of title. I'd soon not open a file in unity for this type of transaction.

This would be an absolutely wonderful feature!!! Quite often we are removing a spouse from title or adding a spouse to title and this would make it much easier!

This would be an excellent feature! or even the ability to add add a tab in mortgage files that incudes the transfer. Many refinances will include taking a party off title because of a marital split and so it's more accurately a mortgage fgile but it does have purchase file components.

This would be a fabulous addition! We do many spousal transfers for the family department in our firm, and have to amend reporting letters etc, to reflect the transfer.

This would be an incredibly usefull feature. I assumed that it already existed and it has caused alot of work to ensure that everything is done properly in these type of matters.

Excellent suggestion! Seeing as Unity already has so many fields and clicks, why not create one that would assist the firms greatly. I hope to see this process improvement implemented.
