Ability to get refund transaction

Since the new fees are in place now for Unity and they are a huge increase to what we are use to, I would recommend the ability to request a refund on transaction credit that are dead deals/mutual released. Our firm uses Unity to track all transactions in our firm, so if the file is still conditional, we put in into our system (Unity) so we are able to use the reminder ticklers for conditional dates etc. (no other tabs are filled in other then client info and matter #'s) When this kind of transaction falls through, I feel we should be able to request a refund of the $129.00 as we did not use the transaction record to its fullest, or at least be refunded the majority of the credit. We use Unity to keep our firm on track/organized and when I had previously inquired, they said they would not have this feature anymore like they had in Conveyancer, and to not put the conditional transactions in the system, however, this is how we use the system and a firm and would rather request refunds then miss deadlines that may cause a deal to collapse. Is this not what the program is for?
