Why does the fax number for lawyers/clients/mortgage companies/insurance companies/ etc. not pre-populate in the documents produced?

I do not want to look and type this information in more than once. Waste of time.

    Please follow up with our support center to look at your specific documents there the fax number is not populating

    This request was made a long time ago...why are we still waiting - the comments are correct - its time consuming and why should we have to look this info up when it should already have been there???
