Agreed. This is extremely annoying. At the very least lengthen the time out period please. By the time i take a call and get back to it i'm timed out. Very frustrating.
Unfortunately, DoProcess does not have a choice regarding the 30 minutes of inactivity timeout. This rule is based upon the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards and needs to be set there to keep Unity compliant. Because DoProcess has the ability to vault credit card information in the application for payment we have to meet these standards.
there is no reason for it to time out so quickly.

Change the system to not vault credit card info. - It expires within 5 years (typically less now) anyways
