Add a save as type function available from the download option in matter documents

when downloading files they always end up in my downloads folder and i could skip a step if I could chose to download it to the specific folder i want instead.

    This is a browser setting and is not configured by Unity. You can configure your browser to always prompt you to select a location for your download. The default setting is to download all files to your Downloads folder.
