Option to save a second copy of a document

We should be able to save a second copy of a document.  For example, if I create an empty letter to the lawyer on the other side of my deal, I can't save it as "letter 1" and if I need to create a subsequent letter to the other lawyer later on in the deal, I end up overwriting the first letter I created the first time because I can't save a copy of the new letter.  That is a huge problem for record keeping.  Sure I will have both letters in paper format in my file, but there is no record of me having done both letters in the file in Unity if I need to refer to them down the road.

From the Matter Documents screen in Unity you have the ability to Rename and Copy produced documents. If you would like to keep a copy of the original document and one that you are editing you can create a copy and change the copy. If you are reproducing the document you can change the name of the original document before reproducing.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. The issues you are experiencing with documents saving seem to be a technical bug. Please contact our technical support center at 1.866.367.7648 so that they can collect more information from you to resolve this issue. We will continue to investigate the ability to save multiple copies of the same document.

We were expecting the same thing and are frustrated that this isn't an option.  We are having to save multiple copies of a document in a different location on our computer and then manually upload the document into the "Matter Documents" tab, which isn't ideal.  We are also having difficulties with saving documents.  Half the time our documents say that they have failed to upload to the server and no matter how long we wait and keep the document open and try to save later, they do not save our changes.  For some reason if we close out of the document, re-create it, make our change and then save it, it works.  But not the first time after making a change.  So again, not ideal since that is a huge time-waster.

I was expecting that Unity would allow you to create multiple copies of a document without having to save the previous version.   BTW, my documents are not always saving which is frustrating.
