Unity Feedback and Ideas

When entering an insurance company in the data base our local companies do not necessarily produce in the list.  If we are in Ontario why are companies in Alberta and BC showing up as a first choice.  If we go back to the database to enter local information we then receive a notice in messages that the information is already in the system.  If that is the case, why does it not show up in our list.  We need additional options
