Report to Purchaser - auto populate entries from the Realty Tax adjustment

There are fields that appear in the Report to Purchaser topic that also appear in the Realty Tax adjustment.  If the information is present on the adjustment and a customer chooses YES in the "Provide info regarding property taxes in reporting letter ?" field, these fields should auto populate from the adjustment:
