When I search for, say, a real estate office or insurance broker and I am located in Ontario, I should not only see another provinces results (ie. Alberta because as someone from Unity just told me on the phone, "alphabetical order and only a few can show up").
Your search system when in a matter is just not acceptable or user friendly, as I was just told that it's not a big deal, I just need to search the brokers address instead of their firm name or real estate office address. I may not know this information, especially for an insurance broker where the client has never seen or been to their office, and it would seem to me that it is very time consuming to have to then switch to the contacts tab, as suggested on the call, to be able to "filter" to find out the address in order to search it and bring the appropriate entity up in my file afterwards.
While I appreciate this global database, it seldom has accurate information, our contacts never come up when searching that we spent years acquiring and entering in Conveyancer (and were told they'd be there when we were switched to Unity) and the filtering ability of what information we want to see in a matter is not there. Again, if I only do deals in Ontario I have zero interest in your global database of information for contacts in Alberta & BC on my matters.
