BRING BACK VIDEO CONFERENCE DOWER , AFFIDAVIT OF VALUE AND ATTESTATION OF INSTRUMENT LTO FORM

You updated the system and removed them, but you left Foreign Ownership. Add the forms back please. We live in covid times where video conferencing is a must, are useful and necessary forms to have on the system. It makes no sense as to why it was removed, add it back please!

    The Video Conference signing documents have been removed from the Forms page. The Land Titles Act & Dower Act versions of the documents are quite a bit different from the original Ministries versions and Customers were getting rejected by the Land Titles Offices. We are working on the requirements to have the Video Conference signing option and documents available in Alberta. If you require these documents immediately, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and they will be happy to help.
