Database for debt payouts

Under supplemental tasks, for Debt Payouts, can we create a database/choose from list as I find we are requesting from many of the same (TD Auto Finance, Scotia Credit Card, outstanding taxes for the local municipality etc) and we have no way of using the same contact info again.

I would like to see a new sub-heading in contacts in order to add PAYEE contacts to be saved for payments that are made often such ad for credit card payments, loans etc, and then we can just pull then into the Supplemental tasks from the contact ...
