Adding Notice of Assignment of Rents to discharge/payout request letter

When producing the discharge/payout request letter if in the mortgage tab you have selected related instrument it does not put that instrument as well in the payout letter to the bank. This would be helpful as sometimes it is overlooked when you send the letter to the bank.
