It would be useful to be able to submit discharge requests through your online system for older mortgages on title that did not have loan numbers assigned to them. A direct email link to discharge escalations departments for the different financial institutions. Would also be useful for mortgages that were previously paid out but years later were not removed from title or where banks advised they would payout internally and discharge but they never did complete the discharge registration.
