Under the Bank of Montreal discharge request and I assume the others are similar they do not provide a partial discharge request option for properties that are being sold under a severance of land. It would be helpful to have the ability to request partial discharges and include the description of the lands to be severed/split or a direct email to each financial institution for partial discharge requests.
