Searching Databases by Address - Not Convenient Merged

When we are looking for an insurance company or real estate agent, we don't always know the street address... The databases are difficult to search this way. I end up having to go to google to find an address for the appropriate company. Very frustrating... There has to be a way to make this a broader search by city/town.
