The compliance search letters are missing the payment included amounts paragraph at the bottom of the letters produced yet when I check the compliance letter tab it shows amounts in the global database example Town of Kingsville (County of Essex) I produced letters for Tax and Building in global database shows tax $75.00 and building $100.00 however when letter was produced was missing the paragraph stating how much is enclosed as payment for these letters. Our bookkeeper needs this information when we give him the letters to produce his cheques. I have noticed this with all tax letters produced within the County of Essex however the water search letters includes the payment paragraph.
