Undertaking Follow Up

It would be useful if in the requisition, we select "accept undertaking" to automatically populate to enter a follow up date instead of going to the undertaking tab OR by default set it to automatically populate a follow up date for 30-60 days.

    It would be great if we could customize a report to show all outstanding undertakings in one report and also show the client name as well as the file number
