Cancel File

In Conveyancer you had the option in Transaction Management to cancel a file and "reset" so that my file gets cancelled and the conveyancer fee refunded/reset when I have a deal that falls through. This should also be available in Unity. Being told to just "reuse" the file is not a sufficient response.

    We need to reset a few transactions that tanked. NO refund yet !!!!!

    4. We encourage you to wear a mask when attending at our office. If you do not have your own personal mask, we will provide a disposable mask for your use.

    5. If you are sick or have recently returned from travel anywhere within or outside of Canada and are required to self-isolate, please do not attend at our office. If you must execute documents during a period of quarantine or self-isolation, let us know and we will work with you to make suitable arrangements.
