Blanket Private Mortgages

I do a lot of private mortgages and often they are blanket mortgages. However, unless I set up two matters, I can't add the additional property (address and description) to the mortgage, and then put them both on the same mortgage document (if in the same Registry Office). Is there a way to do this in one matter? Can this be a change that can be made to the system:
